Sandi LaRocque is an enrolled tribal member. She has been employed at the Turtle Mountain Community College since 1980. She is the Director of Adult and Continuing Education Department. She also serves on the Administrative Council among other institutional committees at the college.

Sandi graduated from the Turtle Mountain Community College in 1981 with an Associate of Arts Degree. She later enrolled at the University of North Dakota and earned a Bachelor’s of Art Degree in Secondary Education from the University of North Dakota and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Minot State University.
