Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree in computer science, information technology or office administration with a minimum of two years in data entry.
Job Responsibilities:
This position will provide direct service in the development of alumni tracking and data base system. He/she will compile reports relative to tracking of alumni and enter data into a database for permanent and continuing use by TMCC.
- Identify by name, current address, phone, email, and face book all former full time and part time students of the Turtle Mountain Community College.
- Identify/Design and implement a system for retrieving alumni information.
- As students attend and/or graduate from TMCC, before transitioning out of TMCC, obtain name, current address, phone numbers, etc. andenter this information in a data bank for safe-keeping and future use.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence to all alumni.
- Assist in the preparation and conducting of alumni events.
- Assist in the publishing a TMCC newsletter that will be published at least six times per year and distributed to all alumni.
- Assist in promoting and marketing of the alumni association via newsprint, TV, radio, meetings, and face-to-face contact.
- Devise and implement a communication system for working internally with staff, faculty, and students as it relates to alumni.
- Prepare monthly reports of activities.
- Prepare reports for funding agency and college as directed.
