ReNae was previously employed as an adjunct professor with the early childhood and education departments, she has taught several years, from preschool through middle school levels on three reservations. ReNae is an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and a Pembina descendant with the TM Chippewa tribe and proud to be a second generation educator. ReNae earned three degrees from University of North Dakota which includes a BA Indian Studies, BS Elementary Education and a MS Special Education. ReNae supports native language revitalization, spiritual practices/ceremonies, music, dance, sobriety and wellness.
